PCD Club is delighted to be back with another event for our NextGen community on Wednesday 14 June at Electric Shuffle London Bridge.

Event details + How to book?

Electric Shuffle has supercharged the traditional game of shuffleboard, this automatically scores and seamlessly guides players through our unique games via an interactive game screen.  Guests will have the opportunity to circulate and meet professionals from a variety of specialisms and locations, all of whom advise wealthy international families.  Guests will have access to a fully stocked bar, canapés, pizza’s + delicious desserts. 

PCD Club Members can use networking dinner vouchers for this NextGen Summer Party.  Each voucher used carries 2 places for the member firm to attend.  Any questions about using vouchers for events, email tickets@pcd.club.  

Non-members or those wanting to pay for their place can register below.   The cost per ticket would be £125 + VAT per head will include all entertainment, food and refreshments. 

Who attends?

The majority of the audience will be composed of private client lawyers, accountants, wealth managers, bankers and trust companies. A full guest list will be provided to all delegates in advance of the event.  We have capacity for 180 guests at the event and expect to sell out.

Why attend?  

Professional advisors to wealthy families often receive referrals from other professionals rather than the client themselves.  The B2B channel in the wealth sector is a key to many firms' marketing plans.  By forming strong relationships with other strategic partners, our members are able to grow their business together.  

It takes time to build networks that lead to referrals.  Therefore, it is important that young professionals take the time early in their career to get to know their peers.  This enables them to draw on a professional network when they need it further on in their careers.    

PCD Club is a dedicated networking platform, so members and guests arrive fresh and ready to meet people.  They have their business cards with them and an open mind on collaboration with best in class firms looking after similar clients.      

How to get the most out of the event?

• Look at the guest list in advance. Ask me for any introduction on the night or afterwards.

• Bring Business Cards. So many people are used to not carrying business cards right now, but they are useful so have some in your pocket.

• Get involved. Everyone at the event is there to meet and chat, so don't be shy. If you are looking for specific people, just ask me or the team for help to find them.

• Arrive on time. Fashionably late is fine, but don't miss the opportunity of the reception to meet people.

• Follow up. If you didn't manage to meet someone, connect on Linkedin or ask for an email introduction ahead of the next event.

In order to help those attending events for the first time and to guide the direction of the NextGen events schedule into the future, we have set up an informal committee of leading professionals to provide feedback and to be a point of contact for those attending.
