We reserve the right to change the format, speakers, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the events for any reason.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

You are permitted to bring guests to the events by purchasing tickets from www.pcd.club prior to attending the event. Payment must be made before the event.

PAYMENT

Prices for the Membership and Events are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed.

Payment for the event must be received in full in accordance with our payment terms from time to time in force but in any event not later than 48 hours before the event. If payment in full is not received before the event, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion and without liability) either to require payment as a condition of entry to the event or to refuse entry to the event. No refunds of any proportion of fees already paid (if any) will be made and any balance of the fees will remain due and payable where entry to an event is refused.

If full payment is not made by the due date, then interest shall accrue on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England’s base rate from time to time. Interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment of the overdue amount.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by PayPal with preferred payment being an online payment. Alternatively, you may email us at accounts@pcd.club for an invoice and payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to postpone, change the venue or cancel an event at any time for any reason. If we postpone or cancel the event we will inform you by email and update the information on our website.

We operate a Voucher Code system for members, so that when a code is used to book a dinner place, it can’t be reused. Colleagues may attend in your place according to the guidelines above.

If we postpone or cancel the event (and you no longer wish to attend the event where it has been postponed) due to a Force Majeure Event, (i) we shall be entitled to retain an amount equal to a pro-rate share of the total costs and expenses incurred by it in respect of the Event from the registration fees received from you and, if the registration fees received from you are less than such costs and expense or no registration fees have been paid, submit an invoice payable within 30 days in respect of the outstanding balance; and (ii) after the deduction of such costs and expenses, at your election, any remaining proportion of the registration fees already paid will be either refunded or a credit note issued for that amount.

A “Force Majeure Event” means any event arising that is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to speaker or participant cancellation or withdrawal, supplier or contractor failure, venue damage or cancellation, industrial dispute affecting any third party, default of suppliers or subcontractors, governmental regulations or action, military action, fire, flood, disaster, civil riot, acts of terrorism or war.

You may cancel your membership at any time by writing to us.

NO SHOW

If you register for an event and can no longer attend, you will be able to change your ticket to register for a new event provided notification is received at least two weeks ahead of the event. In the event of a No Show at an event, it will count as one of your membership events.
