Seddons welcomes new Partner and Head of Corporate, Ilan Kotkis

Ilan Kotkis joins the firm as a Partner, and Head of Corporate.

Seddons is thrilled to welcome corporate lawyer, and M&A specialist, Ilan Kotkis, who has joined our Corporate department as a Partner, and will be heading up the team.

Ilan joins us from King & Spalding, where he worked with a wide range of clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions. Prior to King & Spalding he was a member of Allen & Overy's corporate team where he worked for a number of years. Ilan advises clients on corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, equity capital markets, and joint ventures. He also provides clients with advice on general corporate legal issues. Ilan is also ranked in Legal 500.
