Kevin is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Isle of Man office as well retaining oversight of the tax department.
He has a great deal of experience in the offshore financial services industry having worked in senior roles within the tax, accountancy, trust and corporate sectors. His skills and proactive approach give the clients and professional advisers he works closely with, peace of mind.
Kevin is the go-to person for a number of international families and entrepreneurs who he assists with the establishment and management of a wide range of complex trust and multi-jurisdictional structures. He has particular regard to residence, domicile, asset protection, wealth management and inheritance solutions.
He began his career as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte before moving to KPMG to specialise in tax, where he qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Kevin is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and an associate member of the Institute of Directors.
He has nurtured close working relationships with them and their professional advisers which helps him provide personal and timely solutions to those with significant private capital.
David is adept at managing complex structures with a particular emphasis on entities for holding property, investments and trusts. He also assists in resolving the complex issues surrounding the ownership and management of luxury assets such as yachts and aircraft.
As a director he adds value, oversight and governance to the boards he sits on and uses his wealth of operational experience to ensure the best outcomes working effectively with senior stakeholders, his peer group and the administrative team supporting him.
An associate of the Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, David has acquired a great deal of knowledge in the offshore financial services sector having had responsibility for structuring, long, medium and short-term strategic planning for client entities, business development, corporate governance and risk management.
Based in our Monaco office since 2015 she is fluent in English, French and Italian and the international breadth of her knowledge enables her to assist high net worth individuals, global families, family offices and trustees on a range of trust, estate and cross border succession issues.
She gained her LLB (Hons) from Keele University before completing her Legal Practice course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She subsequently worked in investment banking in London and following her New York Bar qualification, practiced in renowned US law firms.
Laetitia is registered as a jurisconsulte qualifié with the Monaco Court of Appeal to provide affidavits for Monaco Law 214 Will Trusts. She is a qualified member of Monaco’s Strategic Council for Attractivity (CSA) which aims to bring solutions, proposals and ideas to the Monaco Government regarding to the economic development of the Principality.
Gemma supports her HNW and UHNW clients and their families who are UK resident nom-doms, private equity executives, landowners and entrepreneurs with issues around wealth management, asset protection, succession and estate planning, often assisting the second and third generations of a family. Gemma is a highly motivated individual and her clients appreciate the attention, time and expertise she gives them.
Gemma leads business development initiatives and assists with the commercial strategy. She also works closely with other professional advisers and intermediaries to develop proposals to meet the needs and objectives of clients.
She is member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors.
She monitors the potential tax and VAT implications of transactions, ensures FATCA/CRS compliance for in-house entities and is responsible for day-to-day management of the tax team.
Emily is particularly experienced in assisting entities with direct UK residential and agricultural property investments, trust structures established by non-UK domiciled individuals, and high net worth clients with internationally diversified assets. She acquired her technical knowledge at a leading private client accountancy firm in London before relocating to the Isle of Man where she has strengthened her understanding of the offshore finance industry and in particular the fiduciary services sector.
Emily graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Philosophy and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
