What do you do for Calibrate Law?

Head up the tax team offering. Calibrate Law has been established as a multi-disciplinary practice offering Legal Services and Tax Advisory to our clients under one umbrella.

What do you love most about your role?

The diversity in the client base we serve and particularly learning about the ways in which they have created wealth fascinates me.

How has your business adapted to the current COVID-19 crisis?

We have deployed an array of briefing notes to assist clients manage the impact of COVID-19 on their business. Like most other firms, we have got to know Teams and Zoom very well over the last few months. We have made sure we have continued to mix business and fun for example we stream Friday drinks via Zoom with all staff and organise regular quizzes.

Will members see you at a PCD webinar in the near future?

We are continuing to attend learning and networking events online.

My top tip for working from home is...

Set up and stick to a routine for Monday and Friday and freewheel it over the weekend. It provides a differentiation from the days.
