How has your business adapted in light of the COVID-19 crisis?
Most of our HNW clients prefer face to face interactions, as this is typical in Asian cultures. In light of the COVID-19 crisis, we spend more time engaging existing clients where the relationships have been built over the years. We see opportunities to deepen our existing relationships and review our clients' needs which may have changed over the years. With every crisis, I believe there are hidden opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. In administering the trust structures, we have adapted to the use of e-signatures for greater work efficiencies.

My top tip for working from home is...
Having a to-do list so that I can stay focused and work efficiently.
